Congress apperantly does not agree with Ned Heller's view on Trade Secrets. The House passed by voice vote the Foreign and Economic Espionage Penalty Enhancement Act of 2012, aiming to INCREASE maximum time penalty for
15 to 20 years and INCREASE the maximum fine from $500,000 to $5 Million.
Looks like we want to promote the non-promotion of the arts by weakening patents and strengthening trade secrets.
